What Really Makes Our Program Different?
Aside from the obvious - more strategies, agreement software, free coaching 24/7, instant download, free updates etc. - there is something else that make this different.
We are not professional seminar speakers, or infomercial gurus. We are actual real estate investors. More to the point, we do not make any money from offering this program - we earn our livings as investors, and this program is offered on a not-for-profit basis. Because the profit motive is removed, we can offer a complete program at low cost - no "back-end" products or services, or expensive add-ons to buy. You get it all, up front, at a very modest cost.
And because we are simply a private group of investors trying to help others learn how to do what we do, we are not a "business" as most people think of a business. No expensive corporate offices; no costly employee benefit packages; no horde of operators and 800 numbers. Just a group of experienced investors with the most complete program available, at cost. We are volunteers, each of whom contributes his/her time and personal resources to help others - and we have been helping others in this way since 1989, and without any problems, as attested to by our record at the BBB and most "review" websites [exception: "ripoffreport.com" which is a fraudulent site with bogus posts. That site, and its founder, Ed Magedson, are alleged to use such phony "complaints" to extort money from legitimate businesses. We chose not to succumb to such "internet terrorism", and refuse to pay them a dime. Our record everywhere else speaks for itself.]
This is why the cost is so low - the cost of the program reflects our cost to produce, market, and ship. And this is also why we can provide a complete program - to do otherwise would be to create a greater burden upon our volunteers - not as much mentoring is necessary when a program is complete and detailed.
Why do we offer a complete program at cost? Frankly, our investor group collectively feel we have been blessed with great fortune. As a Christian group, it is important for us to "give a little something back" in return for all that we receive. So, in 1989 we chose this method of giving back. Been doing it ever since, and loving it! Moreover - as any good teacher can tell you - we learn as much from our students as they learn from us.
And it is because we are a Christian group that you will not find any methods in our program that are illegal, immoral or in the least bit "shady".
