Bill, Thanks a lot for that suggestion. I am really burning-up the market here as I have bought 4 properties...and my latest deal going on is to purchase a 16 unit apartment...

All properties are being bought with NO money out of my pocket and the rental vacancies are only 3 units out of 41. Not too bad! All this has happened in less than two months and my bank wants to have a meeting with me on Friday to discuss my investments. They have been giving me money left and right because in their words "we would be fools not to lend money on properties like this". Maybe I'm doing something right, and for that, I thank you very much.

I was just surfing the net researching real estate securities law and disclosures when your site popped up. I almost fell out of my seat but fortunately it has arms and it held me place. What immediately caught my eye was "A Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate". You see, I ordered your course back in 1998! The title caught my attention then as well.
