To
the Honorable Members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of

This
Petition of the undersigned, being Citizens of the State of
____________________________ in
recognition of Constitutional requirements of Citizenship, the People
have a right to be secure in the knowledge that all elections be free,
fair and honest and with full understanding that the People must have
faith in the Electoral Process and that every legal vote and only legal
votes must be accurately counted, and that the process is fully
transparent
DO HEREBY URGE the
Legislature to implement the following safeguards prior to the 2022
election to assure the integrity of elections:
- that
mail-in Absentee Ballots be restricted to only those registered voters
who are unable by disability, infirmity, employment that requires them
to not be not be present to vote in person, or other exemption that is
set forth in the State Constitution;
- that
mail-in Absentee Ballots shall be verified by signatures checked
against voter registrations;
- that the
harvesting of ballots and the use of "drop boxes" not be allowed;
- that every
voter be required to provide proof of citizenship in the same manner as
is required to obtain a license to operate a motor vehicle and that the
state shall issue to each Citizen, without cost, said Voter
Identification upon voter registration if requested;
- that only
paper ballots shall be counted;
- that
tabulating machines, if employed, shall be properly certified and
unable to connect to the internet
- that voter
rolls be purged not less than every three years;
- Only ONE voting day, like it used to be
- Chain of custody maintained for every ballot
