If all a person needed for learning was a mere book, we would have no need for schools and teachers. Just give students the books, let them read, and they would be educated. But it does not work that way.

We realize that no program can teach you everything, as each transaction is different, so we have arranged for unlimited, free coaching by experienced, practicing investors, each with a minimum of 22 years field experience available to mentor each of our customers on a 24/7 basis.

Please note that every transaction is different - no two sellers, no two properties are ever alike. For this reason alone a qualified, professional real estate mentor is an absolute necessity for anyone other than a seasoned professional. Having your own personal real estate mentor can mean the difference between success and failure.

* Your mentor can walk you through the entire process: locate targets, negotiate deals, create contracts, navigate closing
* Help you determine which strategies are best for your circumstances
* Clarify anything you do not fully understand in the program.
* Help you evaluate properties
* Instruct you on the many methods of creative financing and how to get seller's to accept them

You may contact your assigned mentor as often as you like for as long as needed.
