I was just surfing the net researching real estate securities law and disclosures when your site popped up. I almost fell out of my seat. I ordered your course back in 1998 - many years ago!
I wanted to thank you for part of what you instilled in me through your real estate teachings. Next to God and my family, it has contributed to my success. I bought a rehab in 1999 - 2000 using your "Fool Proof Agreement Maker". Today I still own that house and had the same tenant in it until recently.
